Team Chili Judging
Each judge scores the chili on a scale of 1 to 7 (1 = lowest; 7 = highest) based on Color, Aroma, Texture, Flavor & Aftertaste.
Each chili has a total of 5 tastes by volunteer judges. These are blind tastes so the judge will not know your team name or chili name.
In the event of a tie, an additional round of tasting is conducted by a separate volunteer judge.
