Team chili has a total of 5 tastes by volunteer judges. These are “blind” tastes so the judge will not know your team name or chili name.
Each judge will score the chili on a scale of 1 to 7 (1 = lowest; 7 = highest) based on Color, Aroma, Texture, Flavor and Consistency. The chili with the highest total of averages win!
